Michael Byrnes founded Byrnes Property Management in 2024, with the goal to provide top notch service to landlords in Worcester and Windham County.

 

Michael also owns Byrnes Real Estate Group, which was founded in 2022. Byrnes Real Estate Group represents buyers, sellers, investors, and developers in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Florida.

Michael is also a heavy investor in the Worcester County area, and currently owns over 200 apartment units, with the goal to continue to grow the portfolio. In addition to that, Michael aims to flip 8-10 properties a year across Worcester County.

Beyond Real Estate, Michael has had much early success in the business world. In January 2016, Michael acquired a small Youth Basketball Program out of Charlton Massachusetts; Swarm Basketball. Michael then took over, and quickly built the Swarm into the largest Youth Basketball Program in the country, running across 22 U.S. States and serving over 5,000 kids annually. Swarm Basketball was acquired by 3-Step Sports in December of 2019, for an undisclosed amount.

 

Michael owns and operates a variety of businesses today, and has big future plans for Byrnes Property Management, and beyond. A Nichols College Graduate of 2016, Michael currently resides in Boylston, MA.
